Streetscape Development
Gooderham Estate is a unique residential development located in the Old Meadowvale heritage district of Mississauga.
We were retained to provide streetscape design, trail integration with the Credit river ravine system, buffer blocks and detail design and contract administration of the community neighbourhood park. We were honoured with an award of design excellence from the City of Mississauga.
