The Firm was retained by Gro-bark in the role of lead consultant for all design and site plan approval requirements for their new corporate headquarters and product distribution center. Due to the nature of manufacturing and storing soil and mulch products in huge volumes, careful consideration was given to storm water management requirements, landscape screening of adjacent lands and from the public realm. With a phased implementation strategy, the site will reach its full design potential by 2015.
