Meaford Homestead

The new owners of this century old property and working farm had ambitious plans to restore the original brick farm house and establish a landscape character around their new home that would complement the heritage renovation.

The main challenge was to create visual separation between farm and residential uses while maintaining the beautiful views of the countryside to the north and east. Existing landscape features that offered appropriate character to the design were incorporated and enhanced.

The result is a comfortable, modern solution with a unique heritage atmosphere.
