Between 2009 and 2012, Southfields Village had grown to nearly 400 residents and demand for park and recreation facilities was growing. As project landscape architects for the developer group and members of the consulting team, we were responsible for the detailed design of all grading and drainage, recreation facilities and trails to service all park land. Following approval of the community park design by the Town, the firm was retained to complete the contract documents for tender and participate in the contract administration of the construction of the $900,000.00 facility in 2013.
